Hi! I’m Ishita, a clinical dietitian & nutritionist based in India and founder of Nouriva.

With a deep passion for health and wellness, I am dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance. I hold a Master’s degree in Science specializing in Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi.
